Ingredients: Indigo Fera Tinctoria, Acacia Concinna, Bacopa Monnieri, Terminalia Bellerica, Eclipta Alba, Lawsonia Inermis, Emblica Officinalis, Terminalia Chebularez, p-Phenylenediamine, Barium Peroxide, Citric Acid, Carboxymethylcellulose, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.
Henna Prep:
Cover any surfaces that may stain like untreated wood, carpet, fabric, or counter tops.
Prepare the herbal hair dye by pouring powder into bowl, mixing the entire dye powder sachet with 4 parts of warm water.
Add a little water at a time to get an applicable paste consistency, stir the mixture until it forms a paste similar to thick pudding or cake batter, (not too thick as to make it difficult to apply or too watery that it starts streaming down the face).
Applying to Hair:
Prepare hair for color by dividing it into four sections: front, back, left and right.
Put on disposable gloves and use finger tips to massage the paste onto sections of hair. From scalp and root, work evenly to the top of each section of hair. Try for complete, even coverage. By massaging it into the root you are also nourishing the hair as the herbs are beneficial to the hair follicles.
When all sections of hair are fully covered with henna paste, work all henna covered hair into a mound on top of head. Touch-up along all hair lines and cover hair with disposable head cover or shower cap.
After 30-45 minutes, rinse the henna hair dye from hair.
Rinse Hair:
To remove all residue wash hair using only a mild shampoo then condition after. This step might need to be repeated several times to remove all henna from hair.
The hair will look great and peaks after 24 to 48 hours.
If hair was being chemically colored previously, several applications of herbal henna might be needed to start noticing full effect of Herbal henna dye.
